Moving ops - Friday 17th November 2008

Moved any additions, updates and such to the r1c3y.org domain.

Idea of another server is currently stalled, although have become interested in Apple's Macbooks.

Summer Projects - Friday 11th April 2008

Finally, something of my own personal interest that I am able to add to this page.

• Further usage of Linux for servers: security, optimization, hosting and general usage.
• Reverse engineering of a rootkit.

Server! - Friday 14th August 2008

Have been looking for a server to put out in the wild internet, for further self-study in a sandbox environment.

Colo: Branded: Dell or HP | Clone: Spare parts job.
Leased (again): Leaseweb or OVH

Quite a few options, but still so many decisions to make, such as OS to deply: Fedora, Slack,Cent OS or even, Free/OpenBSD. :(
